Ilove the really dark tulips ! I go for a lot of darker plants .. Coppertina, Centerglow, ninebark, sambucus shrubs .. heuchera .. day lilies if I can find them .. they just seem to pop and present a eye catching contrast ! Joy
Yes, such rich color. One of my favorites. Thanks for showing us that deep, beautiful color of the tulip. That makes me want more tulips. Never satisfied :)

I love the dark blooms and foliage as well, especially contrasted against anything with light green in the garden.
