It seems that the garden is beginning to explode with life. We're finally catching up! Simple spring
cherry blossoms never cease to provide a sense of awe at their ability to produce such gorgeous sights within such a short period of time. Last week there were no leaves on the weeping cherry. Two days ago I noticed the leaves and flower buds...today the buds are opening. The
cherry blossoms are in bloom. I hesitate to blink, just in case I miss something:).

How perfect they are ... I adore blossom, its all over here though.
Things are moving along at a fast and furious pace now, aren't they? I've hobbled out to the front yard on my crutches a couple of times to see what's blooming (while trying to figure out if I could balance well enough to use my camera!). I love these photos of your cherry blossoms. Will a weeping cherry produce edible fruit?
They are perfect and so hardy here in NC. Your photos are stunning. I have two Yoshinos in my new yard. I want a Kwanza.
