I think I would like them all! Love the white laced one best though - so unusual to see a clear white like that.

I love seeing all the varieties together and showing the differences between them through pictures. It's hard to describe to people how varieties differ and everyone's personal tastes don't always match. Aka.. I love what you've done. :)

Mississippi Blues is to die for!!! I love Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis also. I did a post on First Lady flowers and that's when I first saw that one. I haven't seen either one around here. I must go shopping online!!!

Zoe~ It is probably more of a light, almost white cream. You're right, it's unusual to see a white daylily. The hybridizers are getting closer to achieving this I believe.

Andrea~ You are right about personal tastes- they can be so varied. Thanks for your comments!

Eric~ Thanks! I believe some of these daylilies were hybridized in southern Florida.

Jane Marie~Both of those daylilies are show stoppers. I've had JKO for three years now, and it's probably one of the best performers for me. The flowers are huge yet delicate, with great substance. I would definitely recommend it. Happy shopping:).

Hi Dee~ Victorian Lace is so beautiful. It represents it's name well! Thanks so much for stopping by.

I enjoyed looking at your photos. I generally start each day writing, then working, then more writing...same treadmill.

As an author and stock photographer I try to maintain some kind of balance. I particularly enjoy visiting gardens and shooting the flora. Your website just reminded me that I've somehow lost the balance because I've not shot anything in a few weeks.

If you get a chance, take a look at my new site: http://www.anthonymdavis.com

This is not an advertisement, just a chance to share. Thanks again for the great pictures and reminder that I need to refocus a bit.

Anthony~ Thanks for stopping by.

Anon~ JKO is a Frank Smith daylily. I believe he may be sold out. You may find it on the lily auction. I believe that's where I purchased mine.

Anon~ I noticed that Blueridge is selling JKO on Ebay, in his store. He sends good quality plants. That's where I got my fist daylilies that weren't readily available in Canada..
